1. Nature of the Services

Dovo Health provides a technology and logistics platform connecting patients with independent, licensed healthcare professionals and localized pharmacy fulfillment centers. Our services include:

• Access to the Dovo Metabolic Care digital tracking application.
• Telehealth infrastructure for video consultations.
• Logistics coordination for the cold-chain delivery of prescribed therapeutics.

2. Important Medical Disclaimer

Neither Dovo Health Inc. nor Dovo Health Nigeria Ltd. practices medicine or provides medical advice. All clinical services, diagnoses, and prescriptions are provided exclusively by independent licensed physicians and pharmacists utilizing our platform. Our services are designed for continuous, routine metabolic care and are strictly not for medical emergencies.

3. User Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where we operate. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete medical history. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

By providing a payment method, you authorize our third-party payment processors to charge your account for applicable consultation fees, subscriptions, and medication costs. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled. Because health regulations prohibit the return of dispensed prescription medications, all sales of delivered therapeutics are strictly final and non-refundable.

6. Prescriptions and Cold-Chain Delivery

Access to advanced therapeutics requires a valid prescription from a licensed medical professional following a telehealth consultation. If prescribed, your medication will be routed through the Dovo Health Nigeria Ltd. cold-chain delivery network. You or an authorized representative must be present to receive and immediately refrigerate the package. We are not responsible for medication spoilage resulting from missed deliveries or improper storage after handover.

7. Intellectual Property

All software and content within the application are the exclusive property of Dovo Health Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application strictly for your personal healthcare tracking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dovo Health Inc. (the technology provider) and Dovo Health Nigeria Ltd. (the logistics provider) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, missed deliveries due to your absence, or any medical outcomes resulting from the independent clinical judgment of the healthcare professionals you connect with through our service.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Technology and Data: Any disputes arising from the use of the digital software, intellectual property, or user data privacy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
• Operations and Clinical Care: Any disputes arising directly from the physical delivery of therapeutics, local pharmacy fulfillment, or clinical malpractice shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and under the jurisdiction of Dovo Health Nigeria Ltd.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms as we expand our operations. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
